This idea's not new. Hardcore overclockers use it to overclock their CPUs to it's borders ... But many of the new CPUs have a "coolness" bug, so the system crashes if it gets too cold...

And condensation is no problem since the elements are made for this. (Like special material)

Umm ... the air has a border to cool computer components. Means if you got the best air cooling fan it makes no difference to replace the fan e.g. by a bigger and faster one, the CPU will have the same temperature, simply because air can't carry the heat fast enough like e.g. water.

Condensation is no prob cuz this cooler is made for mainstream market. It wont get the temperatures for condensation.
And hardcore overclockers use LN2 to get the cpu, gpu, ram and northbridge to their borders.
