If you're hiding your IP address on a dead game such as this you are likely doing it with ill intent. There is really no other reason. "Avoiding trolls" doesn't seem like a very good excuse. I mean, Penguin was the only one who had admin rights on the servers anyway... right? If you simply used your own IP address and acted like a decent human being you would never have had a problem. I don't think it is really possible for Penguin to prove his case, but I don't really think he needs to.

When trying to defend yourself against stuff like this, you need to stay chill and put together reasonably coherent and calm arguments. Especially when the evidence against you doesn't look very good for you. You really don't have anything to prove that you haven't done what you're being accused of. You haven't been doing yourself any favors here, or really given anyone any reason to believe you.

It's obvious here that you got banned for being a dick, started using proxy to avoid your ban and continued acting like a retard. I banned a lot of IP's to keep you out of my servers, it worked quite well. Now you're extremely mad over a dead game that will never be online again, so you take your chance to flame me from the comfort of anonymity.

This is the part I understand the least. There is no possible comebacks I can have against you. I can't ban you again... so why do you not tell us your identity? The only possible reason I can think of is that by stating your identity you would lose all credibility because you suck / were a JB wanabee.
