How do you rate a recruiter?

You're not going to like the "best recruiter." He/she will be on you about the things you do wrong, he/she will make sure that you don't get in easily, he/she will give you a hard time, you will hate him/her by the time you get into the clan.

That is a good recruiter, not one who wants to be all lovey dovey and have everyone like him/her. He/she thinks about the clans well being before his/her own popularity.

And you would know what about a recruiter? I have my share fair of knowledge of how a clan works especially since I DID run my own clan... (just pointing it out)

I have been a part of this clan longer then anyone else on these forums except Nokill. I was the first recruiter for the Republic Commando section. Almost everything you see in this section today is an outcome of what I have done for this clan. I think I stayed as a recruiter for at least 2 years before I went my separate way.

You may have been a recruiter but that doesn't mean you know the definition of a good recruiter. And also isn't that YOUR opinion of a "good" recruiter? therefore I'd like you to stop trying to shove your opinion of a "good" recruiter into the minds of other people. Thanks...

Its just like simple politics my friend. The candidate who is constantly changing his own image to satisfy the wants of the people will not be a good choice. A candidate that stands firm and strict for what he believes in and what he thinks will be best for the country is a much more stable choice.

In no way am I forcing my opinion upon people, mine just looks better, sounds better, and is better than yours. I know my fair share about recruiting, and I was a damned good one, ask anyone around here.

Because I prefer a recruiter who's more down to earth and looks beyond skill and at judges on the future of the clan... Flash comes in (Oh he's so good let's vote for him) 1 month later he's gone.. (did that benefit your clan?) Don't think so...

I'd prefer a recruiter who looks at ppl's potential (I.E Fish/CMD) I was so bad in MotR (I was playing with a touchpad) "You have potential" is what they said when i got in.

6 months later i kicked both of their asses in a 1v1 =)

So would i have had prefered applying for 3 months.. hell no.

I didn't vote for Flash, nor did I ever say that I look at how someones skill is when they first apply. I have watched so many people become better and better then when they first joined this clan. Madcat, Epsilon, Bobo...They have all become great players...I was against Flash joining this clan, and If I remember that's the reason I left for MotR.
