Why are you playing detective sherlock holmes on the forums? Nobody cares about your ban, its about your attitude. And yeah, I banned you. I was getting frustrated because I tried recording for my videos and the entirety of it was you using ACP 40+ minutes when its 2v1 with 6 respawn. Literally every second of my footage. Sure it was somewhat immature but nobody was having fun and I dont regret it
This is a disappointing post to read. It just seems like you trying to wriggle out of a tight spot. It's as plain as day that you're in the wrong.
As far as I can make out, here's what happened:
1: you did poorly against someone you think is worse than you
2: you "got frustrated" because you were trying to record the game for a video to flatter your ub3r sk1llz but it didn't go well and you banned him
3: you posted to his application that you don't think he's good enough to join RedCell
4: when confronted you claim that you banned him because he was "annoying" and "ruining the fun of others" (mainly yours)
5: no one else in the game found him annoying; instead they all corroborate his story that you banned him because he was doing well against you with a weapon you don't like
6: you try to cover your own ass with this "why are you playing sherlock holmes?" comment -- if anyone wants that translated, my PhD in Bullshit Studies makes it out to be: you are only allowed to agree with me and if you look deeper into what I'm saying I will make sarcastic comments to mock you
Pure's point is neither here nor there. No amount of ACP whoring or nadespamming is reasonable grounds for a ban. Banning someone for using weapons you don't like is clearly ridiculous. It even seems that you are aware of this, because you keep using vague terms like "being annoying" and "ruining the fun of others" rather than explicitly saying "I banned him for using ACP and nades".
And by the way, I am more worried about your banning Hatter than his attitude, considering that you've been the only one complaining about it while everyone else has found it exemplary. If you really can't handle someone or the way they play, then the mature thing to do is to shut up about it, endure the game, and then don't play them the next time. A rageban is the least mature response I can think of to such a situation.
Considering that you took the time to explain that you were "frustrated", it seems more likely that you just overreacted and banned when you shouldn't have. Instead of kicking up a huge fuss on his application, why can't you just admit you were a bit too trigger-happy with the admin powers and leave it at that? Could it perhaps be the case that the great Double-Oh messed up, just this once?
Or perhaps twice, even, because I remember another player not long ago informing me that you muted him in a game for commenting "you were saying?" when your prediction about a game was proven wrong. If I were you, I'd be keeping a much lower profile.
Anyway that'll be the end of those discussions; the fact that Hatter uses a lot of ACP and spams nades has been noted, so there's nothing more to discuss of relevance to his application.
