Your two biggest flaws is that your movement is too consistent and therefore predictable, and that you aren't very accurate. On Euro you were pretty terrible but on US you were better -- still not good enough, in my opinion, but better. I'll leave the finer distinctions to the American recruiters who can get a more objective view of your skill, seeing as you have comparable ping.

Personally, I think you need work. What I mean by that is that you're definitely not good enough at the moment, but if you practice and play a lot you could be. I mean, some of your scrims were abysmal.



Some were a bit better, but still not good enough..



So yeah, your skill isn't where it needs to be quite yet. It's also clear you're not on the best of terms with a lot of people. At the moment the odds are stacked against you, but if you're willing to apply for a long time, work hard and prove yourself by improving your skill and your relations with other people, you do have a (pretty slim) chance.
