Well sorry i didn't 1v1 like you wanted me to i guess. Just wanted to have a fun 1v1 and it was goin great until you just started saying stuff. I tried my best and kept my cool, that's all i can say. If you don't want me to use bacta, then say so after the fight. I'm willing to learn from you're experience and will put things in order the way you want them. Again, i'm sorry if my 'attitude' doesn't appeal to you, but i just don't see what i did wrong.

Well listen freshblood, in my eyes its a commion thing that people dont kill each other whilest having a conversation ingame. Secondly I am giving a fuck about you taking bacta in a 1on1, it is about your response and your reaction: 'Let me promise you everyone does it, [...]', afterwards you just kill me while I was giving yo my piece of mind, upon my question why you killed me another rather stupid response: 'LOL, why not?'

That's the last time I post here, I can rather focus on more appropriate applicants, guys that actually blend in well.

Ok well first, i'm not really a 'freshblood', secondly you started the conversation right in the midst of our battle for a reason that wasn't THAT necessary.... so why shouldn't i have killed you? I think what Lionheart is posting here is pretty fair. It shows that my thoughts about you haven't really changed. The idea of a 1v1 with a recruiter or another redcell member isn't to see how good you are. For the most part, we already know how good you are. The point is to figure out how you feel. If you feel right, if you're not overly emotional and don't rage a lot, and if you play with dignity, you're usually good. The problem comes when you dick around, chat kill, shit-talk, nadespam, shotty whore, zoomblast a lot, spawncamp, etc. We're not interested to see how well you can do any of those. First off, we don't care about them, and secondly, they don't take too much skill. We're after things that you probably won't be able to put a number on or know that well. Basically it's "Does this guy click well?"

I've known Shiner for a while and can attest to his temper/attitude. However, I also noticed that he has an intense desire to impress. He wants to be a respected member of the RepCom community and becoming one is difficult. So two things: 1. Shiner, as Slink said, you have nothing to prove skill-wise here. Yes RedCell looks at skill and it is necessary to be good. However, we don't want someone who rages at dumb things, talks back to people 1v1ing you. They are helping your app whether you think that or not. 2. If something comes up in a 1v1 with a member you see as unfair or malicious, either politely ask about it or pm a recruiter. I hope this is coherent, I am getting ready for finals of my freshman semester at college. If it doesnt make sense .
