updated the forum, trough problems with the updating files I have reinstalled the entire forum and left the database alone.

It seems to have fixed a lot of old problem, but i'm not sure everything is ok. If you find anything not working please post it here or mail me if you can't.

Also non admin activated user accounts can be made again, the user still needs to activate the account now. Any older accounts that still need activation can contact me for this.

If the spam comes back in big numbers I might deactivate the user side activation again.
