I Bought a laptop Hp G70 with a "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator with up to 1309MB shared memory"

I have been told that I am able to switch this graphics card out with a new one and I have been told by others that i am not able to to that.
Who is right? Can i switch out this for a new graphics card or do i have keep this card?

If i can what would be a good card to buy?

Desktops are for games, laptops are for work.

However, if it's integrated graphics, no you will not be able to change cards.

If it's not, changing the graphics card in a laptop in a long, hard and expensive process which in the end isn't really worth it.
