New Computer

I'm just going to make a new computer, my current one is being really screwy.

CPU- E8500 (core 2 duo 3.16 GHz)

video card- 8800GT I already have
4 gb of ram

I'm not sure about the motherboard, what do you guys think about this? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813131232

If there are any better ideas, I'd like to hear them. I don't really care about SLI.
