I have a friend who thinks that Russia will start a war with the world. I've always dismissed it as impossible -- sure, Russia are agressive, especially with the Baltic countries, but in today's world, it's basically impossible to build up a nation for war without the rest of the world reacting enough to stop it.

Russia are very aggressive, they've been caught invading our airspace scouting on numerous occasions.
