Here is a simple example:
3 of the same weapons or 3 weapons from the same class = scrap metal (Backburner + Backburner + Backburner = scrap or Backburner + Flaregun + Axetinguisher = scrap)

Scrap + Scrap + Scrap = Reclaimed Metal
Reclaimed + Reclaimed + Reclaimed = Refined Metal
Refined + Refined + Refined = HAT! or another Refined + Token = Specific Hat!

I dont know how to craft the golden Wrench though :(

there's no way to craft the wrench, it's a random bonus when you craft what ever
