I actually agree with Shiner. This is a very long app now and nothing special happen here. In my eyes he has the potential to join -]RC[-.
He had shown good work in several matches and what I've seen always friendly to us.

Either he is skilled enough now for -]RC[- or he should train more and stop this app now. I dont see a problem to take this guy.
