March 2015: Us fools are still playing this game. Well, more or less.
Since the game is soon 10 years old, and matches are getting less and less, I thought we should use this March to organize a few matches for those who are still around or willing to return for a few days. Skill is not required, most of us havent played in almost a year or recently returned, it's all about having fun with people we know for years.
The game has been released on March 1st in the US/Canada and 3 days later in Europe. Since those days are during the week I thought we could use the next available weekend to play matches: March 6-8, 2015.
Everyone who is interested can post here and should log on to Xfire during those days, a TeamSpeak server and in-game servers are obviously going to be available.
Downloading WarPack is not a requirement, we can play the retail maps too, but to make those matches more likely to happen (wouldnt it suck to have guys on the server and someone can't join because a map is missing?) I recommend to download it, shouldnt take more than 5 minutes. All you do is extract the rar archive into the Star War Republic Commando folder: ftp://tx-server.net/Mods%20&%20Maps/Tea ... k-v8.3.rar
