Both are important practice. Play matches on IPs if you can, if not, play on pub.

so ... What do I do now that I can be member ... I have played against the recruiter (2 gave me no answer given) I have posted screens ... and have 1 vote ... what should I do?

They need some time to forumate an answer, as you can see they are dealing with a large number of applicants.
The best thing you can do is show your activity, play a lot, take screens and ask for 1 vs 1's.
