I don't think that's true anymore.

OS X is much faster than any windows OS in the way it's built using unix, plus it can support multi and hyper threading which XP and Vista can't, i don't think 7 can either.

Plus installing games are the easiest thing ever, you just need to drag 1 or 2 files into any folder on your computer and it just runs, and can be moved and uninstalled instantly. Plus there are quite a few games now being released for Mac, most of the new games now have 3rd party companies making mac version of the software and it's only about £5 more expensive to buy. Plus if it isn't available for mac, you can easily port it using CIDER.

Now i'm not saying give up your windows PC and buy a Mac now, i'm just saying that it's becoming more popular as all.

oh and Macs are a lot sexier.

the only gaming platform is windows, and it will be the next 5 years the gaming OS #1
Mac Looks cool, but so does Linux and Win7

I will stay with winXP, in half a year maybe vista or even later win7, mac is no option for a serious gamer
