I cannot recommend him, just played an other game against him (me and Phoenix vs. Him and Slink: 2:3). His skill does not meet the average limit, which should be required in here. His playing is mostly depending on how many nades he has or how many mags for the shotgun.
A bunch of things I have noticed during the past games I played with him, just sayin to prevend accuses for "rage posting" here. [hi]

Train your blaster and your sniper, and please use them.

I'm just going to ignore you because you didn't use any other weapon against me, other than the times I had already killed you and got the flag and you spawned with blaster.

None the less, some matches: Played with Drift for the first 10 minutes, score was 0-1 when he left.

He seems fairly good to me. Strange flag running style, and could be accused of nade spamming at times, but overall a solid player.

Coincidentally the same score as against Lion. So he probably shouldn't say Starstrucks skill is insufficient :P
You do use a lot of nades, but that is no problem. (Though you might want to save your nades in a CTF match sometimes.) Overall I'd say you're good enough.

Did a 1v1 against Yourself, went Ok I think. Need to work on scoping with sniper though.

Well for me its about how you get the kills, as far as I can revise I killed you once with nades and other than that only with sniper (off topic). As I said he knows tactics and he could be a nice addition, as long as he improves with snipe and blast

Played two matches against TX, we lost the first 2-3 on some mod map.

I was offence whole match but didn't have much luck on the scoring part aside from the third. So all cred to StatusQ3 or Slinksta on the first two scores.

It should be banned of the average definition of "skill" or "requierments to join the clan"
