On the other hand, it's amazing how long voters in this clan have needed to make a decision on anything. From day one of me ever playing this game, this has always been the case. It's one thing if they're waiting to see if an applicant can improve or not, but they would often let apps go on for weeks (and even months) without really giving any sort of legitimate feedback at all. It's almost like they would drag applications out just to make it seem like the standards of RedCell were really high. Over the years its really been a pointless tactic, and has turned off a few potential players you could have had.
If your applicant is good enough, let them in. If they aren't good enough, tell them they aren't, and then give them a chance to prove you otherwise.
I know recruiters in this clan have always wanted their applicants to be proactive and show their loyalty/desire to be in the clan, but the recs didn't really play their part in being proactive in the application process themselves. They always presented their applicants with very high expectations of activity and commitment, but they always lacked both.
All in all your app process over the years has been overly tedious, vague, hypocritical, and frustrating for many people that were easily a good fit for the clan. I'm not trying to troll or anything, I just find it odd that no one has ever said anything about this. Now that the game is essentially dead, I decided to share.
