Omg, my mom shut down my computer when I was at school so I lost my epic count of Rick votes... when I left the comp, it was about 22k

It votes at the same rate no matter how many windows you have open.

I tried what you did myself, and the count of the base one just picked up from the other one. If its different for you, you probly got two counts.
