A promotional poster provided to IGN has confirmed that the next title in the Call of Duty franchise is called Call of Duty: Ghosts and that it will be released on November 5, 2013. The poster comes just 24 hours after Activision began teasing the game on its official site and marks our first confirmation of the game's title and release date.

So far, information on specific platforms hasn't been released, but probably the game is for next-gen consoles.

Tbh if it's not gonna be as decent as cod4 or waw was, it's probably not worth getting. I've already got bf4 on the way so I doubt I'll get this. In the end I buy them anyway lol but not straight away.

I played MW2 and MW3 ONLY for storyline, I'll get this for story line, but prettttty sure the MP is gonna be epic fail like it is since mw2.

I hope the multiplayer will be atleast like MW2. Too much innovative shit would be like BO2, which is fucked up.

Further I hope it will be in the present time, I hate futuristic games.

It probably will be in present times, or close. Treyarch are the ones who changed to this futuristic shit, but we will have to see what Infinity ward come out with. i heard that they were going back to the roots of call of duty back when you had the decent older cods like cod2. And you guys have said about them going back to mw2, i didnt mind the mw2 multiplayer that much but the matchmaking ported from consoles is shit, dedicated servers are much better for pc.

Well Infinity Wards team changed after MW2, the head of the people there left because of intern issues. So you can't really estimate a COD4 for example...

Yeah i suppose, tbh im more interested in what Respawn Entertainment are making, Which Jason West and Vince Zampella the former co-founders of Infinity Ward have founded and they are working on something thats possibly called Titan whether its and fps no one is sure just of yet.

But your right deluxe you cant really estimate the cod4 example, well not now that respawn entertainment actually has alot of the old team that worked on cod4, mw2, cod2 and other games.

Titan is going to be a MMO by Activison Blizzard, thats fact. the rest are rumors.

that thing about Titan, respawn entertainment have something called Titan. They filed a patent for something called Titan for use with video game software. so i know both companies have something called Titan, thats why i said it.

Well, that will mean I am not buying it
