That is complete bullshit. Noname left for 2 days after being in Red Cell for a year and a half. He made a dumb decision, realized it, and is trying to come back. If it weren't for the fact that Dice was just reaccepted in two and a half hours, and given his old rank back after 2-3 weeks of being out of Red Cell, I'd say your argument is fair. But due to the circumstances:

Actually, this isnt the case. Hi didnt get his old rank back. Read before stating stupid facts.

It may not be his old rank, but he came back to Red Cell a corporal, not a private like everyone else.

I don't like the idea of just giving back someones old ranking, makes us look bad, but in this situation i guess it could be an exception.

Anybody who gives a fuck about rank spends too much time online and should go do something else. Also, Dice is Dice. No comparison can be made. Clans really don't matter all that much to me, but I think if Noname wants back in, he should be able to be in. In all honesty, it's not like he's not worthy in any way. He made the decision to leave temporarily. Everyone needs a break now and again. ;)
