well, its not bad, but i would improve some things, like:

The signature looks a bit blurred so use a sharpen filter and put a white soft brush at the top of the head of this koopa thingy.

Now the little magic thingy pop ups out of the signature. I would prefer to add the border INFRONT of this shiny stuff.
