THE 2010 ANNUAL REDCELL AWARDS

RULES:

-Every member gets the chance to nominate 1 member of RedCell for each category.
-Nominations will close December 23rd, and voting will begin on the nominated members.
-Each member gets only one vote per category.
-Voting will last for 1 week.
-The final tally will be a combination of the number of votes plus a fraction of the number of times nominated.
-In the event of a tie, there will be a run-off.

The nominee AND the nominator must have been a member of RedCell on or before August 1st, 2010.
(The RepCom General Council, Myst, and Ritehandkid each holds one nominee veto for a member they think does not deserve the award. This veto can only be used once, and each nominee can only have a nomination removed twice)
