Dude Silva straight clowned Vera. He even played the bongo tunes on his head and bitch slapped him. The double hand clap was amusing aswell. Funniest part was when they played it on slow mo and the audience all laughed. Haha amazing entertainment. Clay my man showed some skills even tho his boxing does look weird. I like the dude he always gives or (mostly) takes a good beating. Tavares did well. Suprised Leben got knocked out. He tried but he was just in a daze. Edgar almost lost that 1st round and Maynard never got back in the groove to overpower Edgar. Good UFC overall.

That was a very solid card. Guida is just... idk what to make of him. this fight was slower then most of his others. Bryan Stann looked awesome, he just too Leben to school. I could see him being an eventual contender. His boxing is crisp. My favorite fight was one of the prelims... Poirior vs Grispi. Grispi was supposed to fight Aldo for the title, then got completely RAPED by some no name kid. That fight was wicked. And agreed on tavares. Hes got some dec standup skillz. this was a big standup card, except the fight that was supposed to be ALL standup... Vera vs Silva. Wish silva woulda stood up with him a bit more. Vera is just.. sputtering hardcore. So many losses in a row now... wow. his lack of speed is just killing him. hes like frank mir.

Vera just doesnt have the speed and knock out power needed to contend with the elite fighters. If ur lacking in both those areas ur gonna get the boot from the ufc.

mir lacks speed, but he makes up for it USUALLY in being smart. Vera is just stupid. GSP vs Shields at 129. Thats gonna be another win for GSP. And i hear sonnen is fighting again in 128.

I dun think sonnen is gonna be fighting for a lil' while.

125 was actually a good card, it didn't look that great on paper but it was actually entertaining.

129 is shaping up to be a good card. Makes me wish i lived in Toronto. They should add another title fight too it imo.
