After watching far too many scrims fall apart from people messing around, I was wondering if it would be possible to fix this while getting people both serious and fun. I was trying to think of an idea on how to do so, but I concluded that Raider's system, which kinda fell apart, is a really good idea that we could work with and fix. I've decided to take this idea and try to run with it. Whether or not someone wants to yank on the string and watch me get pulled back onto my ass is your decision, but I ask you guys to hear me out with some newer ideas.

Some people argued about how they were ranked, so I decided to allow the entire community to rate each other. Now before you say someone can go in and bomb the ratings by messing around, I've thought of that. Each player has a unique ID code which they would need to put in when they fill out the survey. I will use these to make sure that no one botches our average results.

Players are ranked from 1-10 solely on skill. Teams must be under a certain number or have relatively close total skills in order to play.
If you have a gripe with a player, there is a comments section for you to explain. If you rank someone lowly who deserves a higher rank, we will be able to tell if you have had problems with them before.
If people act like idiots, they will be temporarily or possibly removed from the league itself.

Stats will be kept on a website so that we can easily keep track of them.

If you are on the list, and you haven't already filled out the survey, please contact Jones, Orvus or myself.. They have access to the Unique ID file, and will give yours to you. If you cannot catch us on xfire, please PM me and I will gladly give you your key.

Keeping specific people from fucking up scrims is what is going to keep the active players interested in the game. Within the past week, about 3-4 scrims have fallen apart mid game because people go in and act like idiots. The plus of this system would be allowing people to see some sort of statistics from their past scrims.
