Top Commando is back with its third annual action packed competitive tournament! This year, the tournament will begin as soon as VenoM returns from his vacation. Therefore, on June 2nd at Midnight, the games will begin! General Rules and Information can be found at the Breaking Point Gaming website.

Rules


1. All matches must be played by the date given by the staff. If a match is not played, the more active player will advance to the next round. If neither players are active, they will both lose, or a winner will randomly be chosen. The decided loser will receive a 15-0 loss. Generally, an entire round will be given a date to be complete rather than single matches.

2. Any players caught noobing or displaying drastic forms of unsportsman like conduct will be forced to withdraw from the tournament. This may include switchgrenading, weapon spamming, aimbots, ghosting, additional addons to the game that give an unfair advantage(not including client mod), and excessive abuse of glitches. Note that a glitch includes any button macro that may give another player an unfair advantage.

3. All players entering the tournament must be registered on http://breakingpointgaming.com and signed up for the Top Commando Tournament.

4. All match reports must be proven through screen shots or videos. If there is no proof, both players must agree on the score and results of the game which was played. If both cases are not available, both players must replay their matches.

5. If a player declines 3 reasonable requests to play a match, and time runs out on the current round, the player which denied the matches will forfeit. Proof must be shown by the player attempting to get matches. 6. If a player is out of town or unavailable for their match, they will be required to notify any judges. If no one is notified, the unavailable player will be forced to withdraw from the tournament.

7. It takes time to update information on the site. If the bracket is not updated right away, please do not contact staff unless changes have not been made over an extended period of time.


General Information

1. All tournament matches are 1v1.

2. Players who register will be randomly placed into the bracket. The final bracket positions will not be released until all spots are filled.

3. All members will register by joining the Tournament at breakingpointgaming.com.

4. Matches will consist of 2 games. Each game will be up to 15. The player with the higher total score will win.

5. In the event of a draw, players will replay their series. 6. If a match is Euro Vs. US, games will be split between servers unless otherwise agreed upon by both players.

7. Modded maps are allowed. However, both players must agree on the maps played in each game.

8. In the event of a drastic measure, the Breaking Point Gaming staff will determine what action to take.

9. Breaking Point will supply 2 Chicago private servers that will be set for 1v1s. Admin passwords will be made public. Any user abusing this admin power will be firewalled from our servers and will be banned from the tournament.

10. Sign-ups are open and will be closed at Midnight on June 2nd.
