Lol at a seven page app in repcom 2014. By now we all pretty much know who everyone is and how they play, and with the current state of Redcell I don't see why you'd drag this out so needlessly. You should be accepting him with open arms, he's an active US player which is something Redcell pretty desperately needs in Repcom. Other than that I'm not sure what other criteria you're basing this app on. Loyalty/dedication aren't really substantial requirements considering how irrelevant clans are nowadays. And skill level shouldn't be an issue considering who's left in RC, he's easily at least as good as your worst player.

I'd give recommendation based solely on the fact he still plays this game and isn't a douche. You guys are playing repcom 08 on these forums when it's repcom 2014 ingame.

If it were up to comments like these not only would have Redcell died along time ago, but we'd accept practically everyone.
