No one needs this stuff right now ... normal Yorkfield's are quite enough for every user. If you want to waste money, go for a new GFX card.

in this point, he is right...
spending 300€ for a 1366 socket mainboard, 160€ for 4 gig DDR3 Ram, 300€ for the CPU, about 50€ for a good cpu cooler...there we are, 810€ o.o

i have a q6600 now, overclocked on 3ghz, and that not the limit...for now, he is enough, and games are starting to support quadcores (far cry2, gta4) and its getting easier with them...
core i7 are overpowered and useless at the moment

so my, dad is gonna buy new computer parts so i can sell my shit things like q6600,mainboard,psu, 1 8600gt and shit rams for 5500 swedish money or 550 euro and i get money for xmas alot -.- and i want to spend some of it, so if my dad buy my parts i will buy i7 and all shit :P and i can get evrything here good things for 750 euro or less cuz they sell things cheaper for xmas:P
