The sunset one was with a canon 10-22mm. It's an HDR from 3 frames. The others are with a 70-200mm, all on a 40D

Try making your stops farther apart, and go with atleast 5 if you can maybe something like -2,-1,0,+1,+2... I usually use atleast 5 sometimes 9, also if you can use photomatix its a great hdr program, much better than photoshop

also if you really want to get into hdr id use photomatix pro to compile it, noiseware to reduce noise, and topaz adjust to add nice contrast

I was going for the mostly normal look, so I just combined them in PS with layer masks. I think I used -2, 0, +2.

photomatix is perfect for making it look normal, i do a bunch of HDR and most of it is just to expose the sky and foreground so it looks like what you actually see

OK, I'll give it a try it if I do any more of those. Or maybe I should get a graduated ND filter.

Also, more pictures ^^

Perhaps, but some of them are already close to the size limit on my image uploading program. What resolution did you have in mind?

Also I added a few more.

4:3 - 1280x1024 or higher

16:10 - 1280x800 or higher.

Any one in particular? They're 3:2 now so I'd have to crop each one twice, and I don't feel like doing a bunch of them.

Alternately, how do you feel about black bars? or perhaps one with a blank background suitable for stretching.

Im kinda confused, are you taking 3 pictures at once, then merging all these pictures together and editing it in photoshop?

It's called HDR, you take a couple of pictures of the same thing at different exposures, so you expose for the sky, shadows, etc..

look it up
