looks like I'm going to make some pork shoulder or shredded pork. I like to make tacos with it. yum. And I am making a puerto rican dish called pinon. Its like lasagna exept instead of the noodle part we use sweet bannanas or plantains. I like topping it like lasagna with marinara. [boogie]

Oh yea I couldnt find a bannana cake mix so I might make a carrot cake with cream cheese. I might just go and look for the bannana cake though. ;P

other than the traditional stuff, we will be having fresh killed deer and wild hog which we will shoot Wed morning if we are lucky. Yes my kids will be missing school for the hunt and no I'm not taking the YUGO! ;P
