Okay there are two new maps by Prime(Ame) which are actually really good.

The First one is called RedCell_Templar:
Its a small map with to similar Bases which would be funny to play as Capture the Flag.It isnt that big and includes 1-2 ACP's and Sniper.I didnt found any Bacta but we could also overwork it.

There are 3 trap holes so dont jump down there [PUPPY]

The Second one is called RedCell_Core.
Its a bit larger that Templar.The Textures are used from Engine and some rooms looks similar.There isnt any bacta and I just found 3-4 Weapons.Perfect to improve your Blaster Skills [PUPPY].There is a special windo with a beautiful view.Looks like being under the Sea.

is it possible to remake engine to make it look the same but take out the noob weapons?

There is absolutely no point. Noobs will never get the map, and pros don't use noob weapons.

instead of actually removing the weapons, couldnt you change something minor in 2 seconds, keeping the map fundamentally the same and keeping nubs from joining in one fell stroke?

Theres already a Mappack by MOTR which include the Standart Maps without Noobweapons but I thinks its unnecessary.Here to see the Changes:
DC17m Anti Amor has changed to LS-150 Heavy Accelerated Charged Particle Repeater Gun in Trandoshan Base:

Wookie Homing Rocket Luncher has changed to ACP Array Gun in center of that Map:

And Finally LJ-50 Concussion Rifle has changed to DC-17m Blaster.

A Friend of me and Me made once a Map which looks like a City.Its Called Redcell_Street.It includes a lot of Snipers and Place to hide/camp.You can play Deathmatch on it.You can go in some Buildings but not in all or stand on the roof of a house.Its a bit Large but not larger than Engine I think.
