I've seen this guy and from what I remember his in game attitude is lacking. Also he needs to work on his whole game play. Thats the short of it if you want you could read his app on TAG.

I think I'm just going to skip the protracted process whereby we find out the applicant is a bit too immature and not really good enough and just vote no straight away.

After reading that app, I agree with Status. We are looking for dedicated, mature, and on target players. You lack many qualities including skill but mainly seem to be off with everything with no balance. I don't think your ready for a application here.
