Hello to whoever can help me. I just reinstalled Republic Commando to have a go for the hell of it, but every time I try to load a map, it quits on me - no error message. I recently installed Windows 7 on my laptop. What can I do to make the game work? It's not the end of the world if I can't solve this, I just wanted to play it for old time's sake.

I had this problem a while back with vista.

In your graphics options in SWRC I think there is an option called "bloom" or something like that, it maybe not be that.

Anyways, it will probably set to "Ultra" or "Ultra High" or words to that effect, set it to "Low" and the game should work fine.

Sorry for the sketchy details but I haven't done this fix in about a year. [PUPPY]
