Love the text, great compo as well. Try making these curvy lines a bit more exciting by giving them some life: a lighter, quite sharp outline, perhaps. Not quite white, but lighter.

The sharp outline was actually my original plan, but I couldn't make it look very good. Maybe I'll try again later, but motion blur solved all my problems. The border helps a lot too.

Quick question: How might I go about adding a border to some text?

I you have photoshop elements...

Layer > Rasterize > Type

Edit > Stroke

or...

Ctrl+click the type layer and then put the stroke in a new layer on top. This way you can still edit the type.
