I am regretful to inform you all that I will be leaving Redcell. Let me first say that I harbor no negative feelings towards any of you, or the clan as a whole. However, due to circumstances I cannot have forseen months ago when I joined, I will not be keeping my word on "Redcell will be the last clan I join on repcom."

What I saw in Repcom's future was a slow fizzling out, to the point that it was mostly dead around this time. Somewhere around a month ago some people got motivated for a reason completely unknown to me and began to create a sort of comeback for the game. Now we had 2 powerhouse clans in that of RNR and Tag, (With 7ds attempting to make a comeback.) However, due to things falling the way they did, 7ds and RNR ended up with the most players whom are able to scrimm at their own level. Because of players switching around TAG is in need of players to maintain it's level of competition.

Redcell does not have a problem with needing players like these other clans do, Redcell has a problem with a lack of north american leadership. I am not willing to play with guys whom A.) Refuse to effectively communicate on teamspeak or B.)Refuse to atleast attempt to grow as players. These types are that which redcell has an abundance of simply because while the game was dying we were strapped for players and accepting everyone. The players who do fit the criteria of those whom I wish to play with are not nearly as active in the game as I am;Thus, This last tournament left me playing with people who are not ready to compete at the 7ds/RNR level. The were many matches where I would accumulate half the points required to win and my teammate would fail to break 5. (This was especially evident in 2v2's where such things are easy to quantify.)

In order to keep the balance among the top 3 clans, I am leaving to join TAG. After losing two of their good players to 7ds it is only logical. My decision to leave has no emotion backing it, I've rationalized it as more of a business move, which seems rather comical in context to a Star Wars game but that's just what it is. It is not a case of me being overly disgruntled over a loss, nor is it a case of "Lol goin to play w/ mah friens buhbai." If it were not for the fact that without another good player or two TAG would lose its status as being relatively equal to 7DS/RNR, I would be staying here.

I hope to maintain good relationships with the friends I've grown to know within redcell.

I apologize for being a bit too eloquent and serious however I feel as if it is the best way to convey what I am trying to say.

Unless they change the rules about grenades in these tournaments, a lot of players aren't going to want to play anyway because everyone just spams and shotguns.
I highly doubt the competitive attitudes will keep going much longer, but enjoy yourself man. It was nice of you to hang around while you did.

This move is emotional. If you think economic, you would stay here and just watch how TAG get splitted up and join other clans. That's how business works, the little fishes get eaten by the bigger ones. Just look at Disney: They bought their business competition like Pixar,Marvel or lately LucasArts.
