Hey guys,

I have been working on some designs for possible RedCell T-Shirts, we might wear those while attending Lans, Tournaments, or events such as the Gamescom this year. I kept it simple to avoid high printing costs, it's still in progress and I would gladly hear your ideas, etc about them.

I think we will use a plain black shirt, I would avoid wearing a V-Neck, therefore we will go with a round-neck one. We will use cotton, as syntethics are beyond any decent quality + they start smelling within the shortest amount of time (no need to say that cotton is easier to wash though).

The design is kept simple, to avoid massive printing costs, etc. Don't mind about ordering / shipping etc. this is just about the layout of th shirt itself.

Meh honestly to me, at an artistic standpoint, it just looks like a walking billboard for recruiting people to RedCell. I would suggest changing it to something else thats more eye catching / artsy instead of just information. Try playing around with the ying-yang black and red logo for redcell, is a suggestion i have.

Also if you do end up making shirts i would suggest taking off individual names due to expenses, not sure if you have had any silkscreening done, but it can get very expensive, so cost effective wise it would be smart to have a unison type design, especially on one side. For me i wanted to make one shirt for a project one time, it was only three colors, and to make 1 it would have costed close to 100$.

Just somethings to think about if you end up going down this road

Not that I don't love RedCell and all that, but even I draw the line at buying t-shirts.

Even if I go to a games event, I wouldn't wear these. Ill probably go to PAX Prime this year and will not be wearing these if they are made.

Minus, as I said I tried to avoid including too much artistic things, to prevend having immense costs (as you obviously had with your offer), by taking the members name on the T Shirt we speak about a price difference of around 5-10€ (depending on the shop I take).

If the majority agrees with Status and Sonsi here it should be posted here, might save me a lot of time and effort n_n

Your effort is really commendable sweety, but I think we only would need them very rarely. Maybe at the gamescom or for the LoL-team in the ESL. Further I think the most of us won't wear it in our free time as well.

I also prefer V-Neck, but since Lionheart has a naturally gay look it would point it out.

Not everyone is capable of wearing a V-Neck, some people might have 'heavy bones', or jsut don't have the chest to wear them. It's just awkward to see someone wearing a V-neck if he hasn't the body to do so.

I like it, I'm into simple designs. I don't think I'll wear it though. :)

I'm not talking a deep V-Neck. But just enough so it doesn't feel like my neck is being constrained like a motherfucker. I have huge traps and they don't go so well with regular collared shirts.

Perhaps get a polo shirt, and put on a specially designed redcell badge, and perhaps red collar or something like that.

This way people can have all the Vneck they want, or not, and it's sturdy, sweat absorbing (Those GamesComs are getting sodding hotter every bloody year! :'( ), and wearable in public without everybody making fun of you.
