I honestly feel I should interject here. It certainly isn't my place to judge other members here. But this is a little bit overkill.

I have had a long talk with Crank last night, and he really just wants a chance to prove that he has changed. I believe him and say at least give him a chance. Normally I wouldn't post on a RepCom app, but it's honestly for all of our best interests. Give him a fair chance to prove himself.

Luckily you are not able to jduge whether the Rcruiters give him a fair chance or not. Sorry to 'interject' here but we are voters for some reason and I gently ask to trust in our decisions as we all want the best for RedCell.

As I said in Capgun's app, if you want to prove that you've "changed" or you're more mature, or w/e, then do it before your application. Go clanless, prove you're worthy of RedCell and that you can get along with people, and then we'll entertain an application.

He should be automatically denied in all fairness. You can take one look at him and tell. He doesn't "deserve a chance to prove himself" when he starts at a severe deficit. We give applicants chances if they're reasonable applicants. If they even have a remote chance at being Redcell material. We take lots of liberties in our applicants, and there are many times when we go against our better judgment in postponing our decisions. When we don't, we really mean that these people aren't ready.


@Crank, you spent the first 10 minutes of our first scrim yesterday trying to recover from a -2 score and make it positive. I told you that if you were unable to make it to a positive score by 10 minutes, you'd be kicked. I was joking, and let you remain on our team, even though it took you a good 12 minutes to regain a positive score. You did leave early however, and were subbed by another player anyway. I think your terrible skill level and your intermittent leaving both make you a poor choice for us. This is also probably the longest post I've ever made, so I'm ending it here haha.
