Suspension?

I have been suspended for a day because of "Constantly Leaving Matches" (which i call bullshit on)

I did leave 1 game because my Dad said get off the damn computer, and I have crashed once, however that did NOT make mention of this during the time I signed up for the game, nor over email. This makes me = :?:

This has extremely pissed me off, I have been paying so I should be playing right now.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue and does anyone know what steps I should take to get this suspension lifted?

just wait, they have bullshit rules about leaving matches early. leave too many in a short amount of time or enough people report you and you get suspended for a time, do it enough and i think it bans your account. just go a month or so without leaving a match

Well there is a thing called Tribunal where all of those cases are getting discussed. If u leave, you get banned when people report you

Same for Flaming, Intentional Feeding or something like that.
I got banned for 2 days back when i was lowlvl too because i left a game

You cant really do something against it, just dont leave (:

Yeah, i've done some more research on it. Legally, they have the right to terminate any account, any time, any reason (which shouldn't be allowable). I can imagine how this may be questionable since they can easily make the assumption "BS, he's just using that as an excuse." I'm just pissed off cuz i spent $10. I want my Money back! :'(

But srsly, it is stupid. [giggle]

Its part of the game, its been in since it was at the end of beta. i was suspended when i played it in beta for a day. they wont ban you account though cause ive left tons of matches and never been banned. and every games developer or publisher states they have the right to terminate an account without reason at anytime so dont worry about that cause its total bullshit.

In my opinion it is actually legit that they are able to ban any account at any time when they have a reason. They allready banned a professional player for a year from the competitive scene becasue his behaviour was just bad overall. If someone does not act towards a player like he should do, its normal to get punished for that.

Its a free to play game that you spent a whole 10$ on, and you would take an hour to call them? Ok. sick life

Not cuz of the 10 bucks, because of the fact that i'd be pissed off. But then again I could always make a new account...

I've spent $100+ easy, I've had 2 accounts permabanned, and I will never call them. Just get over small bans, they don't matter.
