I can understand hell's frustration because this app is taking so long, way too long to be honest. Hell is one of the best players in swrc atm, he can be a great addition to rc.

There are no servers he can play on anyway since he's permanently banned from all TX servers. And all servers TX is hosting for other clans.

So we could also accept people who don't have the game then.
