Perhaps you should tell us what happens when you try to connect.

Sparks coming out of the router?

Smoke from the computer?

Blue screen of death?

Error message?

its a laptop, isp is Verizon FIOS, and when i click button to connect, nothin happens

You could, you know, give us some actual information.

Maybe what the hell you're talking about, it is a game, software, something else...

or you can just keep talking in very general terms and never get it fixed :)

the router is an actiontec wireless modem/router and when i click connect (to ip) on repcom it do anything
